Getting Started
- Take before pictures of any damages or anything to report - broken or missing appliance, stained/bleached linens or towels, or something else.
- Collect all soiled beddings and towels to start laundry.
- Replace clean linens: king bed, queen bed, full bed, couch bed
- Check the dishwasher - collect all dishes to run/unload if necessary.
- Check if AC filters needs cleaning/replacement.
Should Have Items
- Inventory:
- Broom & dustpan for the guest.
- We should have a CLEAN back-up of all sheet sets, pillow protectors, & towels in the supply closet.
- Remotes - X in the master, X in the livingroom

Kitchen

- Take picture of welcome goodies set-up.
- Make sure all appliances & silverware are clean, working, and accounted for.
- Leave X paper towel under the sink, X dishwasher pods (on soap dish by the sink), & X trash bags per can.
- Clean & clear out fridge of any items. Make sure it smells clean.
- Clear out dish washer of any items left inside.
- Clean & organized drawers/cabinets. #X

- Check & clean coffee pot (filter), blender, oven, & microwave.
- Refill dish soap, coffee, creamer, & etc.

- Check all lights and lamps then replace bulbs if needed.
Bedrooms

- Vacuum/clean including under the bed, behind dressers, & nightstands.
- Wipe and dust all surfaces.
- Replace all linens.
- If there is a pullout bed, leave extra linen in the closet.
- Use a lint roller on beds to ensure that there is no hair.
- Check all furniture, under dressers, in drawers and closets for gust items left behind.
- Check all lights and lamps and replace bulbs if needed.
Living Room

- Pull out sofa/bed linens should be left in the designation location (basket by the fireplace)
- Wipe and dust all surfaces.
- Vacuum/clean including under the couch, between cushions, & behind tables.
- Clean windows & mirrors.
- Check all lights and lamps then replace bulbs if needed.
Bathrooms

- Clean tub, shower, & mirrors. Make sure it's free of stains.
- Clean all surfaces - floor, windows, sink and counter.
- Clean toilets - disinfect between and under seat.
- Leave X toilet papers & refill shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
- Clean sink, clear drain of any residue or hair, and wipe water spots on the faucet.
- Check all lights and lamps then replace bulbs if needed.
- Check & clean all drains.
- Take out garbage and replace liners (leave X trash bags per trash can - X replacement & X under).
House
- Check door lock if working properly. Change battery on the first of every month.
- Check Air Filter. Change filter on the first of every month.
- Check AC & Fan remote if working properly. Change battery on the first of every month.
- Check TV remote if working properly. Change battery on the first of every month.
- Make sure all appliances (firestick, iron, & etc.) are working and accounted for.
- Close and lock all windows.

- Keep ceiling fans on.
- Check & adjust thermostat.
Laundry
- Make sure lint trap is clean during and when you finish.
- Leave nothing in washer/dryer.
- Spot clean the decorative pillows and area rugs.
- Leave X laundry pods on top of the washer for the guest to see.
Outdoor

- Clean chairs with a wet paper towel. Pile it up in the garage area if we don't have same day check-in.
- Clean floor, cushions, & all surfaces.
- Use leaf blower to make sure that the patio/yard/garden is neat & clean.
- Clean out fire pit. Cover grills/fire pits. Make sure that grill brush is available.
- Check and change light bulbs if needed.
- Make sure no trash is in the back or front of any kind.
- Lock the balcony door.
- Clean and inspect bottom deck.
Before Leaving
- Report any supplies that needs to be ordered.
- Return all keys to original location.
- Leave out guest guide.
- Turn on designated lights & a/c if same day check-in.
- Do a video walkthrough.
- Take a video of every part of the house (including front & back yard) showing clear & close up shots of: X. Corners, floors, beds, and couches have no hair. X. Surfaces and floors are neat. X. Correct number of towels are in place. X. Drawers & cabinets are cleaned & organized. X. Remotes are in place. X. Thermostat is set appropriately and properly. X. AC is cooling. X. Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, & etc. are clean. X. Staging is correct. X. All windows should be closed X. Please take video and photo of the garage every clean
- Submit video via WhatsApp & wait until we approves the clean.
- Do the inventory while waiting for the team to give a feedback about the video. Take a clear picture of the inventory with your signature then send via WhatsApp.
