Short-Term Rental Pricing

Cleanster has two simple ways to handle short-term rental cleaning. Use our software with your own cleaner, or book a background-checked cleaner from our marketplace.

Bring your own cleaner: $2.99 per unit per month

Already have a cleaner or a team? Use the Cleanster short-term rental software for $2.99 per unit per month. A unit is any property you add, connect through your PMS, or book in a month.

Pay as you go, with no contract. There is no free trial.

Want to pay your cleaner through the app? It is 5% plus $3 per booking.

What you get:

• Calendar sync with iCal links and PMS integrations (for example Hostaway and Hospitable)
• Auto-scheduling: a cleaning is booked before the next check-out
• Custom checklists with photo, note and problem reports
• Before and after photos from each cleaning
• In-app messaging with your cleaners
• Team management for your own cleaners

Need a cleaner? Book one in the app

Book a background-checked cleaner from the Cleanster marketplace. Background checks are run by Checkr. Prices depend on your location, so open the app and enter your address to see the price before you book.

Each marketplace booking has a $3 booking fee. It helps cover our customer support team and the ongoing development of the Cleanster platform. You see it as “Service fee” before you book.

Garantia de Satisfação de 48 horas
