Cleanster home cleaning is priced by the hour, and the hourly rate depends on where you live. Here are our starting prices, plus every fee and policy you should know before you book.

Home cleaning starting prices

These are starting prices for a 2-hour clean at our lowest hourly rate. Prices vary by location, so your price may be higher.

• Standard cleaning (house or apartment): from $122 for 2 hours
• Deep cleaning: from $126 for 2 hours
• Move-in / move-out cleaning: from $138 for 2 hours

For example, a 2-hour standard clean in Toronto starts from CA$100.

Every booking has a 2-hour minimum. Bigger homes and deeper cleans take more time, so they cost more. When you book, the app suggests the hours for your home. You see the full price before you book.

How your price is worked out

Your price is the hourly rate for your location and clean type, times the number of hours. In the app you pick:

• House or Apartment & Condo
• The clean type: Standard, Deep or Move-Out
• Your number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• The number of hours (the app suggests hours for your home)
• Extras, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, windows or laundry

Which clean is right for you

Standard cleaning keeps your home fresh on a regular basis. See paglilinis ng Bahay at paglilinis ng Apartment.

Deep Cleaning goes further, with appliances, baseboards and inside cabinets. See deep Cleaning.

Move-in / move-out cleaning is for an empty home. It includes inside cabinets, appliances and baseboards. There is no separate move-in option: book a Move-Out clean for the empty home. See move-out cleaning.

Fees and extras

$3 booking fee. Each booking has a $3 booking fee. It helps cover our customer support team and the ongoing development of the Cleanster platform. You see it as “Service fee” before you book and as “Booking fee” on your receipt. About the booking fee.

Cleaning supplies. Your cleaner brings supplies when you choose and pay for “Bring your cleaning supplies” when you book. This covers all-purpose cleaner, extra-strength cleaner, glass cleaner, paper towels, rubber gloves, sponges and cloths. It does not include a vacuum, mop or broom. Peak Pricing. When demand is high, Peak Pricing may apply. To avoid it, pick another date or time. About Peak Pricing.

Recurring cleaning plans

Book weekly, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks or monthly. A recurring plan has a minimum of 10 cleanings. If you cancel the plan before the 10th cleaning, there is a $40 fee. After that, you can cancel for free. About recurring plans.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your cleaning. Within 24 hours there is a $20 fee, and within 12 hours there is no refund. Rescheduling is free, but a $20 fee applies after 4 reschedules. Cancellation and refund policy.
